Our Story
Tadika MBA Castle was founded almost 10 years ago by a husband and wife team who were inspired by their daughter. Founder seeing their daughter grow and go through the different stages of her learning and development effectively, happily and joyfully, not to mention her love for learning, the doting parents realized that they must be doing something right.They then made a life changing decision to give up their lucrative corporate positions to pursue a long-held desire to help children to love to learn and make learning meaningful for children
Vision & Mission
Tadika MBA Castle engages Preschool Active Learning ™ curriculum by Dr Florence Lee, a former Head of Early Childhood Department, Institute Of Education Singapore. Young Children learn best through free and guided play with peers. The main objectives are to bring joy and fun to the learning languages and mathematical skill.This unique curriculum perfectly encompasses our stated mission of：

Positive mantras such as above are often recited in the MBA kids’ school life during assembly, special projects, and in classrooms. Repeating good qualities out loud empowers MBA kids through positive reinforcement. It encourages them to be confident when striving for self-improvement. Using these mantras boosts children’s problem-solving abilities in the classroom, allowing them to have a fulfilling learning experience.
Let’s-Play™ Program
Here at MBA our students strive for realistic goals through “acting out” occupations in career roleplays. We allow children to have fun while learning valuable life lessons. When children emulate the behavior of adults in this way, they learn through experience and gain a better understanding of their desired future accomplishments.
MBA Money Wise™ Program
We believe money-wise habits such as saving, sharing, delayed gratification, and spending wisely should be taught and developed early in life. Our children learn four vital financial skills: to EARN, SAVE, SPEND, and SHARE. At an early age they will already be aware of the importance of making good money decisions and take the first steps to becoming independent.
MBA Castle Speak Up™
MBA Castle Speak Up™ program is a fun and exciting way to empower children to speak up confidently. The gift of public speaking greatly impacts children in the building and development of their courage, social interactions, and leadership skills. With high self-esteem, the sky is the limit and the world will be their Stage.
